Truck Accident
I got into an accident with a truck a few years back and it was really terrible. The police man that came to the scene of the accident automatically sided with the driver because I was a young driver, which the accident was totally the truck’s fault. He sped up to a red light in snow and sleet. Every driver knows that is a bad idea, and I would think a professional driver would know that as well. I contacted a truck accident lawyer and he said that since the cop said it was my fault he doubted that anything would come of a lawsuit.
